  • Item returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and invoice included

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalised jewellery
  • Worn, altered, or damaged items
  • Items without original packaging or invoice
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@glintfashions.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item using a trackable courier (return shipping cost borne by customer unless item is defective)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
  • Credited to your original payment method
  • COD refunds issued via bank transfer

5. Defective or Wrong Items
