1. Eligibility for Returns
- Item returned within 7 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and invoice included
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Worn, altered, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging or invoice
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@glintfashions.com within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item using a trackable courier (return shipping cost borne by customer unless item is defective)
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the return
- Credited to your original payment method
- COD refunds issued via bank transfer
5. Defective or Wrong Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
